- Formal property valuation from approved panel valuers (whether building or buying or refinancing a completed house
- Certified Copy of the Title Deed (must be in individual or company name)
- Letter of offer to purchase plot/property
- Certified copy of identity document
- Certified copy of passport (expatriates)
- Certified copy of work and residence permits (expatriates)
- Certified copy of contract of employment (expatriates)
- Proof of residence( not older than 3 months)
- Proof of income (pay slip or letter from employer/ auditor/ accounts or financial statements) not more than 6 months old
- Bank statements for the past 6 months(if account is not held with Stanbic Bank Botswana)
