Access our banking services online, anytime, anywhere. You can check your balances and statements, transfer funds and pay your bills with ease and at your convenience. You can also check your notifications, log queries related to transactions in your account and issue or stop cheques.

  • What you need to do to use Internet banking
  • You will need to first complete a registration form at any Stanbic Bank branch. You will need to present valid identification and your Stanbic Bank current account number.
  • You will then be given a secret password

Then follow these steps from your computer.

  • Go to http://www.stanbicbank.co.bw
  • Select Internet banking
  • Enter your user ID
  • Enter the password issued by the branch
  • You then need to read and accept the terms and conditions.
  • Click Log on.

 

Internet banking is secure

Internet banking is done through a secure site and we have various security features in place to ensure your money and transactions remain secure. However, there are steps you need to take to ensure total security online.

  • Keep your password (PIN) secret
  • Log out properly at the end of each session
  • Do not respond to any email that prompts you to reveal you’re ID, password, PIN or account details. Stanbic Bank will never send out such messages nor ask for such information in an email.

  1. Never respond to unsolicited email requesting personal information.
  2. Check your bank statements regularly to identify any errors or fraudulent transactions that might have been performed on your account without your knowledge.
